Today smart buildings are in demand in all spheres, from business to personal. The difference compared to apartments or houses is the size, complexity and economic subject. Transforming a building into a smart building is not complicated and can be done as easily as with a house. Its principle is to ensure easy and quick control of all the necessary elements, automate the processes and control-wise regulate and process the economic demands of the construction. For these purposes, we use the Tecomat Foxtrot system for both control and overall management, data collection in the MaR field and, of course, complex building control. Everything is subject to the individual requirements of the customer, so that the system is a real asset for those who will use it. In a smart building, practically any electrical or mechanical element can be controlled, from input systems, through blinds or lighting, air conditioning, etc. The advantage of precise building control and its climate is not only operational savings, but also creating a work environment that increases work efficiency by up to 30%.

Thousand lights starring in Ratměřice Castle
How do smart home automation get along with a historical building? The Ratměřice castle near the Blaník mountain, which was sensitively rebuilt into a charming hotel with 21 rooms, is proof that such a connection is clearly beneficial. Hotel guests and visitors to the park, enjoying the wonderful light atmosphere of the entire castle and its surroundings, would definitely give it a try. However, the benefits only begin with light control.

Control and management of the family residence and surrounding buildings - Poznań, Poland
Extensive smart home system includes control from the house entrance to the private wellness. A total of 7 Tecomat Foxtrot units operate the entrance gates, the main house with ground floor, first floor, home spa and cinema, but also the beach house and horse stables.
